Stargirl's reasoning for attending MAHS was to make friends. With your group, read the definition of a friend. Who in the book meets those standards? In the book, it says Stargirl was the friendliest girl in school, yet she had no friends. Does Stargirl meet the expectations of a friend. Why or Why not? If she does, why did she have so few friends? Explain your answer.
